Designed for sealing seams and joints during the installation of fire-retardant boards BST BORD and endothermic fire-retardant material BST-MAT and other building structures. Prevents the spread of flame, smoke and toxic gases before, during and after a fire. It is a highly filled system that includes a number of heat-resistant fillers, fire retardants, anti-corrosion and special additives.
Cured BST GERMETIK forms a fire-resistant, weather- and chemical-resistant seal that is waterproof.

- Before applying BST GERMETIK, the surfaces to be treated must be dust-free and degreased.

- Before applying the BST GERMETIK, it is necessary to mix thoroughly; to do this, open the buckets with components A and B. Pour component B from the container into a container with component A. Mix using a mechanical mixing device (such as a drill) until a homogeneous consistency is obtained for 3 ÷ 5 minutes.

- The pot life of the sealant, with components A and B mixed, in a tightly closed container is at least 24 hours. When producing sealant (in an open container) for at least 8 hours.

- Using a tube or spatula, apply sealant to the specified depth, level the layer of sealant with a spatula. The thickness of the non-stick layer is at least 5mm.

- Drying time is 24 hours at a temperature of 20 °C and a relative humidity of 65%.

- BST GERMETIK is supplied in sealed metal buckets with a volume of up to 20 liters with tight-fitting lids.

- BST GERMETIK must be stored and transported in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures from - 60°C to + 60°C.

- The shelf life of BST GERMETIK in original, unopened packaging is 12 months from the date of production, subject to compliance with storage conditions.
